Vibrating noise in the pipes

We had our Noritz tankless installed professionally about 4 months ago. Has been working great. Now there is a humming noise coming out of the tank and sounds like a pipe about 15 feet away in the wall vibrates. This noise seems to only happen at night and comes and goes about every 4-5 minutes. Very annoying. Has anyone had any similar issues?

Some tankless have a recirculating system that turns on at a preset rate. It can be adjusted in time intervals. Usually it's set at 20 min or 30 min off on cycle. It will run for 20 seconds and then shut off. This could be the noise. Its a lame attempt to recirculate the hot water.
