I have a Rinnai Tankless gas water heater. I never had a problem with water taking too long to reach. It usually took me 2 minutes in the morning for me to get hot water. And my bathroom is the farthest from the water heater. I had a plumber come and maintain the water heater in order to descale the tankless water heater. Right after, I started having problems (that same day). The whole house - 3 bathrooms all took the hot water much longer to reach.
I called Rinnai and they said it shouldn't be the problem that was caused by the maintenance but I didn't have that problem before. I own the heater for 2 years and just now saw that happened.
Any idea why that happened?
