Have been using tankless Rheem for two years, great!

I had a plumber from Craiglist to install my tankless Rheem, it turned out he had more education and pass level 4 (high rise qualification for a plumber) than many expensive cowboy-plumbers roaming our streets.

He charged $900 including permit and removing old tank. Two years and no problem so far. We have two teenage boys in the house and their showers can last forever, always have hot water for the boys, the dishwasher, washing machine, sometimes everything runs together. The only downside is the water pressure is not as strong as the old full water when using two showers at once, but after few minutes in the shower, you kind of appreciate that because less pressure is less water wasting.
